Infoguard Quality Assurance for the IMAGELINK Archive Writer

In conjunction with their EPM Service Agreement, customers using Eastman Park Micrographics (EPM) supplied film products for their IMAGELINK Archive Writers are entitled to the Infoguard Quality Assurance Services free of charge. Customers run the pre-loaded Infoguard Monitoring Program Writer Test in their film writer and send the results to us for evaluation. Any anomalies are noted and sent back to the customer along with suggestions for service or repair. This free testing and reporting service allows customers to maximize the benefits of their Service Agreement while ensuring they are producing the best film quality for themselves or their customers. High quality is maintained day to day, month to month and year to year.

Drivers for Imagelink 9600 Archive Writer Series and Document Archive Writer 4800 

  1. Go to the folder "C:\Kodak\DAW4800\" and rename the following files "DAW4800.exe" to "DAW4800.old", "DAW9600.exe" to "DAW9600.old" and "DAW96xx.exe" to "DAW96xx.old".
  2. Save the files from the web site to the "C:\Kodak\Daw4800\" folder: DAW4800.exe, DAW9600.exe, DAW96xx.exe
  3. Reboot your Writer.
